Safety at Clubout
Your safety matters to us. Whether you are attending an event, visiting a venue, or using the VIP experience, here are tips and resources to help you stay safe.
Safety Tips for Guests
- Plan your night: know the venue location, event times, and how you are getting home before you go out.
- Stay with your group: let friends know where you are and check in regularly.
- Watch your drinks: never leave your drink unattended and only accept drinks you have seen prepared.
- Trust your instincts: if something feels wrong, leave and seek help from venue staff or security.
- Have a way home: arrange a designated driver, rideshare, or public transit ahead of time.
Reporting an Issue
If you experience or witness harassment, theft, unsafe conditions, or any other incident:
- At the venue: immediately alert venue staff or security.
- In an emergency: call your local emergency number (911 in the US).
- After the event: file an incident report through our platform so we can follow up and take action.
Lost Something?
If you lost an item at an event or venue, submit a lost & found request. We will work with the venue to help locate your belongings.
Community Guidelines
- Treat all guests, staff, and performers with respect.
- Follow venue rules, dress codes, and age requirements.
- Do not engage in violence, harassment, or discriminatory behavior.
- Respect the privacy of others — ask before recording or photographing.
- Report concerns rather than escalating situations yourself.
VIP Verification & Privacy
Our VIP verification process is designed to be privacy-respecting. We collect only what is needed to verify your identity and age. ID documents are retained for a limited period and then permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
