Clubout ("we", "us", "our") operates the Clubout platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our services.

  • VIP verification: date of birth, address, government-issued ID document image, and related personal details to verify your identity and age.
  • Contact and support: name, email, phone, and message content when you contact us or submit an incident report or lost & found request.
  • Partner applications: business name, contact details, venue information, and supporting documents.
  • Payment information: payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, time on site, referring URL, browser type, and device type.
  • IP address: hashed and used for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We do not store raw IP addresses in most cases.
  • Location data: only when you explicitly use the "Clubs near me" feature. Location is used in-session only and is not stored.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain our services.
  • To verify your identity for VIP membership.
  • To process transactions and send related communications.
  • To respond to inquiries and support requests.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, and ensure platform safety.

  • VIP verification documents: ID images are retained for 90 days after verification is complete, then permanently deleted.
  • Incident reports: retained for up to 2 years for safety and legal compliance.
  • Contact submissions: retained for up to 1 year.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Stripe: for payment processing.
  • Sentry: for error tracking (no PII is included in error reports).
