These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Clubout platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. VIP membership requires users to be at least 21 years old.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and VIP verification.
  • You agree not to share your account with others.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. VIP Membership

  • VIP membership requires identity verification and payment.
  • Verification documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • VIP status may be revoked for violation of these Terms or community guidelines.
  • Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit false incident reports or lost & found claims.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or venue staff.
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Upload malicious content, spam, or unauthorized commercial solicitations.
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform without permission.

5. Events and Venues

  • Event details (dates, prices, availability) are provided by venue partners and may change without notice.
  • Clubout is a platform connecting users with venues; we are not the organizer of events unless explicitly stated.
  • Venue-specific rules, dress codes, and age requirements apply at each location.

6. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include any stated fees.
  • You agree to pay all charges associated with your purchases.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and branding on the Clubout platform are owned by Clubout or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clubout provides the platform "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the platform, events attended, or interactions with venue partners, except where required by applicable law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
