You have the right to access, export, or delete your personal data. Use the information below to submit a request.

What You Can Request

• Access: a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Export: your data in a portable, machine-readable format (JSON).
• Correction: update or correct inaccurate personal information.
• Deletion: permanent removal of your account and associated data.

How to Submit a Request

Send an email to privacy@clubout.club with the following information:

• Subject line: "Data Request - [Access / Export / Correction / Deletion]"
• Your registered email address (so we can locate your account).
• Description of your request and any specific data you are asking about.

Processing Time

We aim to respond to all requests within 30 days. If your request is complex, we will inform you of any extension (up to an additional 30 days).

Verification

To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing a request. This typically involves confirming details associated with your account.
